URD. Transfer robot for 10 to 100kg

This robot handling range is particularly adapted to automating the load transfers of our cleaning lines without generating contamination above the baths and parts to be treated. To this extent, all of the mechanical elements are situated at the rear of the machine.
PLC control can be offered with the supplier of choice, Télémécanique, Siemens or others. The design incorporates standard componentry in order to avoid specific control cards and mechanisms, therefore avoiding complex maintenance issues.

Application :

Basket transfers, agitation inside the tanks (raising & lowering), rotation of baskets in the tanks.
