UNITECH offers an array of basic, ready to use, rotational spray cabins (SPR product range). Spray cleaning within a rotating basket enables the jets to cover all angles of the parts being cleaned. These systems can be used to remove grease, machining chips and various contaminations. A machine which fits your precise requirements can be specified through selection of the extensive list of optional equipment.

The other, continuous type aspersion solutions are supplied via our partner, Lavalterm. The available systems are:

• TOR : a continuous immersion/aspersion cleaning tunnel for non-delicate parts which are tumbled utilising a screw mechanism
• TRANS : a continuous aspersion cleaning tunnel with dry process, parts are moved on a belt drive
• ROTO : a spray cabin utilising an aspersion, rinse and dry process. Parts are cleaned in a rotating drum
• EKO : a spray cabin utilising an aspersion, rinse and dry process. Parts are cleaned in a basket
