This is a vacuum sealed degreasing process utilising A3 solvants, developped to substitute perchlorethylene and thus simplifying the environmental constraints. A3 solvants have a degreasing capability with a large number of oils and greases and are inert towards the majority of materials

• 1) Immersion cleaning plus ultrasonic agitation
• 2) Immersion rinsing + ultrasonic agitation
• 3) Vapour phase rinsing
• 4) Primary vacuum drying
