UHF - Open tank HF

This is a precision cleaning process utilising fluorinated solvents (replacements for 141b) in open tanks compatible with operating and environmental legislation.

Application :

Removal of oil, grease, particles, polishing contamination, silicon, moulding products …
Defluxing of electrical components
Elimination of particle contamination in a white room environment

Principal of operation :



Standard cleaning cycle :

• 1) Degrease / cleaning
• 2) Immersion rinsing + ultrasonic agitation
• 3) Vapour phase rinsing
• 4) Drying
