Cleaning with fluorinated solventsThis is a precision cleaning method using fluorinated solvents (HFC – hydro fluoro-carbon and HFE – hydro flouro-ether) in closed or open tanks in compliance with labour laws and environmental standards. For the open tank systems, a condensing system and robotic shifting of cleaning baskets limits solvent consumption. A PLC controls the robot and machine parameters according to frequency of use and the particular cleaning needs of each client. These machines, more or less compact according to the type of parts used and basket size, are particularly well-suited to high-precision cleaning such as de-fluxing of printed circuit boards or particle removal in clean rooms.
