Product testing and laboratory support

UNITECH has available for its customers :

a chemical laboratory capable of:

• Detailed visual analysis of parts pre and post cleaning,
• Identification of contaminant composition,
• Definition of solvant/contaminant pollution,
• Gravimetry calculation,
• Calculation of particle size and number,
• COV Measurement both machine side and at exit of facility
• Analysis of water quality (pH, oxygenation, …),
• etc.

A machine test area for carrying out product cleaning tests. Testing is routinely carried out in order to confirm the process parameters, with analysis carried out in the laboratory to rapidly confirm results. Our range of machine test equipment includes:

• An aqueous line, comprising 6 tanks, each 45l capacity with the potential to utilise ultrasonic agitation, a pump/filter module and submerged jets
• A heated aspersion tank, diameter 600 x 340mm
• A UDV 120 A3 solvent cleaning line with double distillation
• An HFC/HFE line comprising 3 tanks, each 20l capacity with the potential to utilise ultrasonic agitation and a pump/filter module
• An HFC/HFE line comprising 2 tanks, each 10l capacity with the potential to utilise ultrasonic agitation and a pump/filter module
• A CO₂ SuperCritical cleaning equipment
